By leveraging Azure OpenAI Services, NexJ Health’s AI-powered chatbot, Jai, now generates more sophisticated, context-aware responses, greatly improving user interactions and ensuring users receive accurate information quickly. Azure AI Search, utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, allows Jai to efficiently retrieve relevant data from trusted sources.
