Set up your personal NexJ Connected Wellness account here for access to our platform and coaching.
Step 2: Complete your personal health assessment
After registering your account, you will be guided through a health assessment. This will help us learn more about your needs so we can select the right program and coach for you.
Step 3: Connect with your personal health coach.
Your health coach will reach out to you within 48 hours to begin supporting you.
Step 4: Explore the platform
Look around NexJ Connected Wellness. You will find great tools and resources to help you make the most out of this program.

- Health Library to view our schedule of daily online exercise and mindfulness classes
