July 9, 2020

As we complete the second quarter of 2020, I am proud to acknowledge the growth and success NexJ Health has experienced while operating in these unprecedented times. The launch of our Safe Facility Access and COVID-19 Containment programs fulfill an overwhelming need to keep essential employees at work and prevent community spread. The results from these programs so far have been incredible. Over 247,000 screenings for more than 28,000 new subscribers, help ensure essential employees stay on the job and have safe facility access at over 65 locations across the United States.

The company’s recent success is a result of the close collaboration and strong execution from the senior management team, and I wish to recognize these efforts by announcing changes to the organizational structure that will take the company forward and build on these demonstrated strengths.

Gary Baksi, formerly our Executive VP and General Manager has left us to pursue other career opportunities. We thank him for his efforts in helping build our management team.

Tiffany English, our Director of Product, has recently returned from maternity leave and has been working closely with me on our long term holistic product vision. In her new role as Vice President, Product, she will be keeper of the vision and oversee product roadmap, design, development, and quality assurance, as well as solution delivery and privacy. Reporting to Tiffany, we are pleased to report that Andrew Borzenko is now promoted to Senior Director of Software Development, with responsibility for Software Development and Architecture.

We also welcomed back from maternity leave Sabina Girard, Director of Technology, who will now also add the title Chief Privacy Officer as we gear up for more stringent regulatory certifications in global markets.

Noah Wayne, our Director of Clinical Programs, is now promoted to Vice President, Clinical Programs. Dr. Wayne will continue to lead our clinical program design and execution with responsibility for content development, health coaching, virtual nursing consults, and research programs. Noah will also benefit from a new addition to our clinical advisory board, Dr. Jitin Sondhi, who has been a key clinical advisor on our COVID-19 programs.

Earlier this year, Janine Tatham was promoted to Vice President, Strategic Accounts, to oversee global go-to-market strategies for NexJ Health. We are pleased to announce Leslie Wolfe, former GM, Global Health Services at MAXIMUS has joined us as a Sales Consultant to work with Janine, and to assist with sales and business growth. Leslie brings a rich background in senior public and private sector roles and has led transformational projects driving business growth in the USA, UK, and Canadian markets. We are thrilled to have her on our team.

Finally, responsibility for the accuracy of our operational execution falls to Daniela Liggio in her new role as President. Daniela’s real strength has been the power of her persuasive collaborative style and bringing out the best in others. In her responsibilities for achieving our strategic, financial and operational goals, she will be well supported by the balance of her executive team: Janine, Tiffany, and Noah.

I will continue to be closely involved in our business as Executive Chair. I am very pleased with the development of this vibrant and vital management team. They are fully engaged in what they are doing and will continue to develop under the oversight of myself and Errol. Their promotions are well deserved and they have my every confidence.

Along with these announcements, we are also doing a round of financing. If you have not already received the corporate update deck and term sheet, please email Errol Singer at errols@nexjhealth.com. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,
William Tatham
